![The most stressful time of day is 8.15am, according to a study. <br/><br/>A poll, of 2,000 adult, found 35 per cent experience stress during the first part of the day, with the prospect of the working day ahead, struggling to leave the house on time, and oversleeping the most common early morning challenges. <br/><br/>Coping with the school run, looking for lost house keys, and figuring out what to wear are common anxieties too. <br/><br/>As are dealing with the unpredictability of kids’ emotions - in addition to both feeding and dressing them and making packed lunches. <br/><br/>And at a time of the day when every second matters, those polled typically lose 20 minutes and 28 seconds to morning trials and tribulations. <br/><br/>Following the findings, revealed as part of Onken's ‘Feed Your Inner Happiness’ campaign, Paddy McGuinness has shared his tongue-in-cheek time-saving tips [https://onken.co.uk/happiness-hub/]. <br/><br/>Pointers include how to get the kids to do housework without them realising, how to stop them bickering, and how to help them with their homework when you’re stuck. <br/><br/>The TV funnyman said: “Follow my foolproof tips and you’ll be ready to tackle life’s curveballs - while still having time for yourself. <br/><br/>“Trust me, in my whirlwind of a schedule, I know just how precious those joy-filled moments can be.” <br/><br/>The study also found 51 per cent adults feel there’s ‘never’ enough time in the day to get things done. <br/><br/>While 51 per cent are ‘often overwhelmed’, with 47 per cent claiming to be busier now than ever before. <br/><br/>This might explain why 35 per cent ‘don’t know’ how to find time to do things which make them happy, and why 37 per cent have ‘forgotten’ how to make time for themselves. <br/><br/>It also emerged those polled aren’t enjoying as many as moments of happiness as they ‘need’. <br/><br/>According to the research, the typical adult ‘needs’ 27 moments of happiness a week - The central theme is the expulsion of the tribe of Banu al-Nadir from their fortresses in the south of the city.The third Surat in Juz 28 is Surat al-Mumtahana. The lessons we learn are from this:<br/>Don’t base your judgements on guesswork<br/>Allah and His Messenger have a forgiving nature<br/>Always be loyal to your community<br/>Juz 28 continues with Surat al-Saff. The Surat criticises those who broke their pledge. By giving the example of Musa and Isa, the Surat challenges the Jews and the Christians to examine their Books. Next is Surat Al-Jumuʿah that is a Madani Surat and highlights the importance of the Friday prayer, stressing the significance of this important weekly lesson, the sermon. Worshippers are encouraged to rush for the Friday sermon as it is an important socio-political gathering where the leader of the community addresses the congregation. The true believer will give precedence to the worship of Allah, over all worldly things.Juz 28 continues with Surat al-Munafiqun. The next Surat of juz 28 is al-Thaghabun deals with life Hereafter. It warns that wealth, spouses and children will be a temptation that could lead to breaking Divine laws. Surat al-Talaq is a Medinan Surat, which deals with divorce. It outlines the correct method to be followed, the prescribed waiting periods, maintenance and custody of the children including the breastfeeding of any child.The last Surat of Juz 28 is al-Tahreem.
