Description: This video shows how TactoTek Injection Molded Structural Electronics – IMSE – are manufactured. The process starts with printing decoration on an IML film (In mold Labeling film). After that, electronics are printed using conductive inks, and components such as LEDs are mounted through SMD process. The film is then thermoformed to 3D shape, and injection molded using the film as an insert.nnThe outcome is a thin, light-weight, 3D smart plastic surface, which encapsulates the complexity of t
