Pre-ordered in Nov 2021, my Ivar 5 high was delivered in January as soon as Stovefitters received a new batch and before the huge demand arising from the energy crisis. Due to other commitments the fireplace didn't get started until November 2022 and the installation was signed off a few days before Christmas.nnBuilding wise everything went smoothly and then I tried to get a HETAS engineer to connect the flue. IMPOSSIBLE!
