Description: Jazz in the Triangle was the founded by the late Milton Lucas, Reginald Nero, Dr. Mary Umolu and Richard Green in 1995 on the steps of Medgar Evers College. Musicians display their talents to a very diverse audience. When they moved to the Park on Washington Ave. and Union St. in 1997, they called the program “Jazz in the Triangle”. Each Thursday in July and August the community is brought together with the music of America Jazz. A global blend of artists come out and entertain the community
